Step 1

Pre-Qualify
Complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Form. This is available for property owners in participating municipalities.

Step 2

Project Application
Once pre-qualified, complete your EnerGuide Home Evaluation and with report in-hand choose your upgrades. Select a Qualified Contractor from our directory, getting at least three quotes. Complete and submit the Project Application Form and required supporting documents.

Step 3

Agreements
Once your project is approved, sign the Clean Energy Improvement Agreement and the Project Agreement.

Step 4

Installation
As your contractor, Hydro-Flo will install your upgrades. Complete and submit an Upgrade Completion Form with required supporting documents. Then you will complete a post-project EnerGuide Home Evaluation.

Step 5

Reimbursement
Once approved, we will pay your contractor. You’ll see the total project cost added to your property’s tax bill. Once your evaluation is complete, a new EnerGuide label and a post-evaluation report will show you how much more energy-efficient your home has become.

Enjoy

    Eligibility Requirements

    1. Property must be in good standing with respect to property tax payments for the last five years on the property where the project will occur.
    2. The property owner is not in bankruptcy or insolvency and the property is not in foreclosure.
    3. Property owner must obtain consent from all mortgage lender(s).
    4. If the property is in a building with shared facilities that the project will impact, I will obtain written approval from the building owner or condominium board and provide it to AMSC.
